With Flexgem, computing power is independent of the hardware on the employee's desk. Workstations run in the cloud on infrastructure that is continuously maintained and upgraded, so performance does not degrade over time.

Computing power is allocated dynamically to each workstation, based on the workload and the project the employee is working on at any given moment. At the same time, the platform gives management full visibility into workstation and team performance, so performance gaps are identified even when no one reports them.

Flexgem brings business considerations into the management of technology infrastructure. The platform weighs the cost of employee time against the cost of computing power and allocates resources accordingly. It also gives management a complete organizational view: allocated hours versus actual execution, team performance and the flow of work between teams.
