flexgem.io is the informational website of Flexgem Ltd. ("Flexgem", "we"). Everything on it, including the research figures we quote, is general information: it is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it is not an offer or a contract. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

You may browse the site and use the contact form for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site's operation, probe or circumvent its security or bot-protection measures, harvest its content automatically, or submit false, misleading or unlawful information through the form.

We provide the site "as is" and "as available". We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is error-free, complete or uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it or from its unavailability. Intellectual property

The research figures and reports we cite belong to their publishers, who are named beside each quote. We reproduce them only as short attributed excerpts or link to their source; we do not host them. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

You may quote brief passages from this site with attribution to flexgem.io. Any other copying, modification, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

This site links to external research sources. We are not responsible for their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of the Central District of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning this site or these terms. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
